One perceives their support, from the proposed team, through to the construction procedures, the respect for the architect and the implementation of the construction project. The family is strongly rooted on its ethical principles; if the parents always worked well, their children will do likewise. This is something that is learnt at home and substantially reflects the way in which things are done. There are companies whose sole interest is to make money, but that is by no means the concept of Norte; one can tell that they are interested in a well-done job.

On a personal note, I would like to thank and congratulate Norte on their 50th anniversary. Having transformed that enterprise – that started with two friends who married two sisters – into that united family, whose children work at the company, in harmony and with enthusiasm for outstanding work, is worthy of admiration. I feel proud to have been part of their history".
